We can refund goods if returned within 14 days of receiving the goods and provided that they remain unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging with all items inside. All returns must be accompanied by a valid order number, which was emailed when the order was placed.

Please note that it is your responsibility to return your order or items in your order in protective packaging and you are responsible for return postage costs unless it was our error or the item is defective or faulty, in which case we will refund the standard postage cost upon receipt.

As stated in our ordering terms and conditions, any issue with anything on the outer packaging of a box is not considered as item damage and the item would be considered reasonably satisfactory with minor outer packaging damage. This includes but is not limited to: a scuff, dent or tear for example on the outer packaging carding or blister bubble. All orders placed are accepted on this basis at the time of ordering. You are welcome to send any item back to us  for a refund, however we are not responsible for postage costs in this case. 

To process a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Select the order with items you wish to return
  3. Choose the return order option and follow the steps
  4. This will then process and we will be aware a return is due back for this order

We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a note of your order number to the original payment method if mailed to the address listed above.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed usually once they are received straight away, up to a maximum of within 14 days of receipt. Our quality assurance team inspects all returned products to confirm whether they meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
