Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Please select your country at checkout, shipping rates will be displayed depending on the items in your cart. If your country is not listed please contact us.
What is the cut off time for the order to go out the same day?
Orders for items marked as in-stock placed before 12pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive a dispatch e-mail notification to the e-mail address used to place the order. Your orders history page will also show the order as dispatched.
Which delivery company and service do you use?
We send orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24. Standard UK delivery is sent via 48 hour delivery and Next-day is sent by 24 hour delivery. We may also use Royal Mail Special Delivery in some circumstances.
