In most cases, orders are dispatched the same business day, with the exception of some new releases which may take a little longer to process due to a high volume received. Also, in most cases orders do arrive in a swift and timely manner using tracking. Some services and areas will take longer due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Due to a very significant amount of e-mails and messages chasing orders immeadiately after they have been placed, almost daily and when exactly they may arrive, in some cases per order placed, we are not able to respond to any request chasing an order unless 10 business days have passed in the UK, or 28 business days have passed outside the UK. All we can provide is the tracking information and it is solely and exclusively in the hands of the carrier at this point when they may deliver the order.
If the order is outside the UK, customs and border control may take longer to process your order, which is entirely in their hands and we have no control over this. International orders outside the UK may be subject to customs fees, depending on the value of the order. This is also decided by each country.
Please kindly note the above as we have upwards of thousands of e-mails per day with these same requests that will have this same answer. Every order is accepted on this basis. We do our very best to dispatch items as quickly as possible and pride ourselves on our speedy delivery times. Thank you for your patience at this time.

- Once you place your order, it will be dispatched according to when the order was received. Each order will receive a dispatch confirmation after it has been packed and sent. During busy periods, some releases may take longer to dispatch than usual. We do aim to dispatch orders the same business day, except when there are new releases which can take longer, or pre-orders which have not come through yet.
- All orders are dispatched from the UK. Once an order is dispatched, all we can provide is the tracking information. We are unable to determine how long it will take, contact the carrier regarding the box, make changes to the order, address or anything else relating to it once it has been dispatched. We cannot determine how long an international order may take through customs or how much customs fees may be due, this is solely determined by your countries border control.
- If a pre-order is available, this will be dispatched once it arrives. Any in-stock items included with this will be held until the whole order can be dispatched. If you want in-stock items to be sent straight away, a seperate order should be submitted.
- Products coming soon are listed in the coming soon category. An exact release date is not known. Deliveries to us are only booked in the day before. The latest update approximate to the release month is updated in the coming soon section as we get this information. It is subject to change and availability.
