Is your enquiry regarding a product not listed?
Only products listed we can offer help with. If it is not listed, it could be sold out or we may not stock this item.

Dispatch & Delivery

We use Royal Mail and FedEx in most cases. Tracking is used with all orders and the service used can depend on how it is selected at checkout.

Deliveries using Royal Mail usually arrive within the timeframe, however timeframes are estimated dates only and there is no guarantee. We will send using the service selected. We have no control over orders once they are dispatched including modifying them or knowing why they may be late. Collections of our orders take place Mon-Fri throughout the day up until 4:00p.m. Bank Holidays and strike-action days mean there is no service. Tracking should notify you of delivery via text or e-mail.
