We are happy to exchange or refund goods if returned within 14 days of purchase and provided that they remain unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging with all items inside. All returns must be accompanied by a valid order number, which was emailed and included withiin the order.
Please note that it is your responsibility to return your order or items in your order in protective packaging and you are responsible for return postage costs unless it was our error, in which case we will refund the postage cost upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.
Once the item is received back to the warehouse it will be checked and we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.

Please note: You must use Royal Mail to return your order within the UK, as couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Returns from outside UK will be usually be delivered through Royal Mail network.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days. Our quality assurance team inspects all returned products to confirm whether they meet the requirements of our Return Policy. After that, it takes 1-2 days to make the refund to your payment account. Some banks and credit card providers may take a bit longer to apply the credit to your account.
